your commissioned product may be used personally or commercially.

you may not resell your commissioned product for more than what you paid.

you must credit me as your artist.

you may not use any products commissioned by me for any pornographic and generally inappropriate situations and products; you will be blacklisted and a buyer beware will be posted about you.

you may not commission me if you are under the age of 18.

you may not commission me on behalf of someone who is currently blacklisted, under the age of 18, and/or avoid your blacklisted title by creating aliases.

you may not request edits or replications of someone else's artwork including characters and IPs (intellectual properties).

commercial usage must be discussed during the commission process; failure and/or neglect to include this information will lead to a public blacklist and/or buyer beware.

commercial usage marks up the price of a product by 50%.

i must be credited as the artist behind the product either through linking to my social media or a disclaimer in any/all instances that your commission is used.

rush orders will increase your final price by $100.

illustrations have a deadline maximum of 2 months.

logos will have a month deadline but expect logos to be finished within two weeks at maximum.

animations will have up to a 3 month deadline as a safeguard but may be finished in as little as 3 weeks-1 month.

vtuber model commissions will have the furthest safeguard estimate of 3-7 months for completion (vroid models will have 3 months at max while blender models will have 6-7 months at max for completion).

you will be frequently updated about the progress for your commission via your chosen mode of communication.

feel free to communicate as frequently as you like, as i am always available via social media. i will typically update up to three times a day or as needed.

as for revisions, you are allowed 5 free revisions, each revision beyond that is $10.

brutal/excessive gore (candy gore is acceptable)

depictions of beastiality, necrophilia, pedophilia, and/or zoophilia

depictions of sexual acts involving minors/childlike characters (including lolicon and shotacon)

excessive muscle/bara

furries/fursonas (will remove once comfortable drawing this subject)

hate speech (including racism, homophobia, transphobia, and/or xenophobia)

intricate backgrounds

mecha

nudity, nsfw and/or fetish art

political conversations

real people

you own the rights to your original characters/concepts you have created, such as names and brands.

if you purchase an adoptable/premade design or artistic liberty character, i retain the rights to the design and art.

all commissions must be paid 50% before starting (non-refundable).

you will be blacklisted and a buyer beware will be posted if you offer to pay in cryptocurrency.

you may not request a full refund if you are unsatisfied with your final product. i do not grant full refunds.
